Do you know how it feels when you get 10 minutes to present a topic while you have quality content for 45? It sucks.
It usually happens when you are the last speaker in the panel. And you can hardly do anything that people follow their timelines. It happened to me again recently and, after receiving requests to share my slides, I decided to experiment more with videoblogging.
I made three 10 minutes videos on everything I had to share at the Forum. I encourage you to go and check them out. Watching them will help if:
(1) you do not know how to persuade your company management to introduce or improve a compliance program;
(2) you are not sure if your trainings are effective and you want to learn how to best achieve success in this area; and
(3) you want to apply most recent DoJ 11 topics and questions used to evaluate corporate compliance programs to the real case studies.
